Recent pictures of a complete Remodel of the entire first floor of a family's home in the Wexford area of Pittsburgh. The areas of the home which were painted include the Family Room, New Combined Kitchen and Dining area, Laundry Room, Living Room and Stairs/ Hallway area. In the Family room, Markantone Painting primed & painted all baseboard, wainscot paneling, window casing and crown molding with semi-gloss Benjamin Moore White Dove with the walls painted with Benjamin Moore Van Deusen Blue. The Kitchen / Dining area wood trim included all of the same trim as the family room with additional new crown molding and new columns between the family room. This woodwork was sanded, filled nail holes, primed, re-sanded and tack clothed between applications of finish paint. The walls in the Kitchen / Dining area were painted in Benjamin Moore's Jet Stream Eggshell. Much prep work was done prior to the walls getting painted so the resulting look is a smooth finish. The home owners loved the fact that they could count on us to do the job while they were away on a family vacation. What a lovely surprise when they arrived home!
